This is what a colleague of mine had to say about this map: "This is interesting...the number of deaths in the green equals the number of deaths in the yellow equals the number of deaths in the red. So basically, the entire country shut down and destroyed its economy because New York and a few other very large metropolitan areas got sick. This is NUTS!
Of course, thought leaders had to shut down because healthcare was not able to provide information on personal and population risk.
Also, the video of Dr. Ioannidis, chaired professor of medicine at stanford, that I shortened and republished, was taken down by themtube (youtube).
