How to Achieve Great Digestion
Proper digestion is where good health starts. Whether you don't eat well, or even if you eat an optimal diet, if you don't have good digestion then you food nutrients are NOT being absorbed and properly used. Do you have great digestion and absorption? There are many signs you body provides to let you know if your digestive tract is working the way it should. These include: fatigue, rashes, cold sores, headaches, arthritis and many, if not all, of the autoimmune diseases. Gut related signs and symptoms of poor digestion include: constipation, diarrhea, bloating, acid reflux, stomach pain, bad breath, constant or regular sore throat, tooth decay, stools that are not brown, and abnormal stool shape.
