Key-Person Benefit(s)
Corporate leadership health values and behaviors are often reflected in their population. Clearly, your culture of health is similar to your other corporate cultures like work ethic, productivity, and other group human behaviors.
HRP offers a unique, top-down health benefit that is an important component for enhancing your corporate culture of health and your efforts to take control over your single, highest, uncontrolled cost - your health plan participant benefit.
How it works:
-
Selected or all members of the C-Suite are offered the Key-Person health benefit. This benefit is similar to that offered to your health plan members with highest health risks if your company engages our unique high risk population health program.
What it does for your population:
-
Reduces the barrier for plan participants to join our "population" program
-
Creates a top-down culture of good health
-
Eases concerns that the population program is designed to "single-out" people with health risks
-
Will lead to significant reduction in overall healthcare costs
What it does for your C-Suite:
-
Improves health of your leadership
-
Protects your most valuable corporate IP
-
Guarantees that no Key person will suffer from a heart attack, stroke or lose cognitive function.**
**The Guarantee:
-
Follow the 6-Step program
-
Work closely with the HRP team - on your schedule
-
Lower your Chronic Disease Temperature to below 100.6 on our premature mortality scale.
-
Recover all program fees in the event of a heart attack or stroke requiring hospitalization or if you experience a 5-point or more decline in cognitive function as measured in Step 4.
The Cost: $6000/year including all testing, consults and coaching.
Your Commitment: We know you are busy. We will meet your needs, desires, and availability day, nights, and weekends by phone, video, messaging or in-person (if you run our population health program for your beneficiaries). The program "steps" designed by our Harvard and MIT group of doctors and thought leaders are described below.
Step 1: Chronic Disease Assessment™️
The Chronic Disease Assessment survey is a health risk assessment tool that entails answering of health and behavior-related questions. This system is not a regurgitation of typical wellness surveys. It is an amalgamation of health assessments created by top medical thought leading institutions including the Mayo & Cleveland Clinics, the Harvard School of Public Health, and the Institute for Functional Medicine. Further, we added additional intelligence based on our team’s vast clinical experience at practicing root-cause medicine. After assembling all relevant information, our team conducted an exhaustive, evidence-based, interactive approval process to arrive at the assessment in use today. We next conducted an extensive review of the medical literature and along with consensus from our medical team, developed the first-of-its-kind risk-rating system based on answers. We validated the relative accuracy of the risk score generated by the algorithm against objective patient data including biometrics to confirm the predictive power of the tool.
Precision Diagnostics
Step 2: Chronic Disease Temperature™️
This is a 60 biomarker panel. Lab "normal" or "reference" values are inadequate at detecting and measuring chronic disease. Our AI "CDT" algorithm (Harvard and MIT designed) finds smoldering chronic disease. We measure Inflammation with both precision and accuracy. Major traditional studies are emerging that show focusing on a single parameter like cholesterol may be why so many chronic diseases exist today. The standard tests are not looking broadly or deeply enough. A recent assessment of over 130,000 patients who were hospitalized with a heart attack showed that 75% had normal cholesterol levels. And newer research is illustrating that cholesterol levels on the low end of normal exacerbate rates of diabetes, mood disorders, suicides, pain and infection. Thus single-minded focus on just this biomarker is to often a dead end. The CDT offers more precise predictive ability for your current and future risk of dying prematurely and suffering from debilitating chronic illness.
Step 3: Eyes - Window to Health
Why the eye? The eye is beyond a window to your soul. A properly trained eye professional can literally see living blood vessels and nervous tissue. They can observe blood cells coursing through capillaries. The eye proves all of our body systems are connected. For example, cataracts are a sign of poor health and a deadly disease. To date, there are 17 studies from all around the globe that have correlated the diagnosis of cataracts with poor future health outcomes and significantly early death.
Step 4. Cognitive Performance
How do you know if the health program you are on is helping or hurting? Your brain is actually a very sensitive barometer of your overall health. Did you know that 25% of the oxygen-rich blood that leaves your heart goes through your brain? And your brain is quite small compared to the rest of your body. Taken together, your brain uses 10 times more energy compared to regular cells in your body. Finally, brain diseases are now the most feared of all diseases. Most neurologists use simple paper tools and puzzles to measure your brain health and diagnose one brain condition from another.
Our sophisticated and proven on-line tool maps many attributes of brain function and is able to measure brain performance, not just disease. The HRP dynamic diagnostic process, including brain-specific evaluation, recognizes that a sick brain resides in a sick body. Through this testing we are able to establish a baseline for your brain health and performance. We use our complimentary analytics - the CDA, CDT, and advanced labs - to develop a program that improves your overall and specific brain performance.
Step 5. Stealth Causes of Disease
Many chronic diseases involve infection that, today in medicine, is underappreciated. Doctors treat “acute” infection, however few doctors are looking for “chronic” infection. Standard-of-Care lab panels are often completely normal even when a person has a chronic infection. Periodontal disease is a simple example. Diseases with a strong, under-diagnosed, infectious components include: cardiovascular diseases, mood disorders, cancer, metabolic disorders, autoimmune disorders, eye disorders and neurodegenerative disorders – as discovered by our mentor, Dr. Trempe of Harvard in the 1980s.
Step 6. Implementation
Our team will develop a comprehensive health revival and optimization plan. The plan will be implemented on your schedule and time-frame using HIPAA compliant engagement tools. Much of the program is done remotely including consults, brain function testing, and the CDA assessment. Labs are acquired at a local LabCorp collection center. You will be working with an appropriate mix of health coaches, nutritionists, transformational nurse coaches, medical scientists, and medical doctors. Your total time commitment is based on your risks determined from all testing.
