- Complete blood count with differential that illustrates the activity of your innate and adaptive immune system.
- The fasting glucose test measures the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood after you have fasted (not eaten or drunk anything except water) for at least 8 hours. This test is used to monitor blood sugar levels.
- Fasting insulin that explains your diabetes risk and is a direct measure of insulin resistance.
- A1C-Glycated hemoglobin is a form of hemoglobin that is chemically linked to a sugar. Most monosaccharides, including glucose, galactose and fructose, spontaneously bond with hemoglobin when present in the bloodstream.
- hs-CRP that measures the level of inflammation in your gut and your blood vessels.
- Cholesterol and lipid panel measures both LDL and HDL cholesterol levels to help you get a better picture of your heart health. Lipids are microscopic fatty substances (including cholesterol and triglycerides) within your body. Assessing them can reveal much about your overall health.
