Dr. Carter’s Supplement Regimen

I recently posted a video on our Health Revival Partners website about supplements to strengthen your immune system to help fight off Covid-19. I do follow my own advice, so I thought it would be helpful to post the supplements I currently take. Here is a detailed list of my supplement regimen including dosage and manufacturer. Each supplement helps our bodies in multiple ways and attacks the virus from different angles.

To fight Covid-19, our bodies need to be able to inhibit the virus’s ability to attach itself to ACE2 receptors which are the entry points into cells. Our immune systems also need to be strong enough to prevent the virus from replicating by either killing it or minimizing its multiplication. To be able to do these important jobs, our cells should be functioning at optimal levels before they are attacked by a virus. You can ensure your immune system is as strong as possible by taking supplements targeted to improve your immune system and to address any existing health conditions.

The best approach is to work with a Functional Medicine Physician to develop a customized supplement plan based on your own body’s biochemical status and needs. Feel free to reach out to me for an individual consultation. Links are provided below if you would like to order any of these supplements.
