il sole!

If this does not convince you to get some sun this winter,

  • Look at this land that - Guarda questa terra che

  • Which works for us, too - Che gira anche per noi

  • To give us some sun, sun - A darci un po' di sole, sole

  • Look at this land that - Guarda questa terra che

  • Which runs with us - Che gira insieme a noi

  • To give us some sun. - A darci un po' di sole

  • Mighty sun - Mighty sun

Flu and "All Cause" Deaths by Time of Year.

Solution Part 1 (Part 2 coming in another blog)

  1. Get as much exposure to sunlight as possible

  2. Simulate sunlight exposure

Halogen light bulbs best approximate the sun's full spectrum of light to Earth.

Some of the rays from the sun are partially blocked by the atmosphere.

My low-cost solution to early death risk, the flu, and pneumonia is 30+ minutes of daily exposure to halogen light. An added benefit is that this system warms you quickly on cold winter days.

Here is my very modest setup.

I bake under these lights like you would on a hot summer's day in the Caribbean. I also measure my internal temperature with a standard thermometer. On some days, my goal is to elevate my core body temperature by 3 degrees. With the configuration above, this takes at least 30 minutes. Fever kills "germs," so this hyperthermia method may add to the benefits of sunlight.

Fun Fact: ~53% of the energy from the sun landing on Earth is infrared light. Infrared is synonymous with heat.

Another Fun Fact: Vitamin D (20-100 ng/mL) does not cause kidney stones. If anything, you have more of a chance of developing kidney stones if your levels are low! Has been proven by several studies including the one in 2013. Over 2,000 adults were studied by a research team from Creighton University, GrassrootsHealth, and the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine.
