Long in the Tooth - REVERSED

Long in the tooth is an expression for aging. Of course, teeth do not grow but gums do recede.

Robert, a participant, was kind enough to share his journey to reversing "long in the tooth." His results are nothing short of stunning. He had multiple teeth with significant recession as measured dating back to 2011. He has been on a journey to improve his health, including that of his teeth.

Here is the link to the video on reversing "long in the tooth." Also included here is his protocol that produced the results.

This is Robert's most recent addition to his oral health protocol:

DioxyRinse

It is basically chlorine dioxide (CLO2) and chlorous acid which was covered in a zoom meeting that discussed MMS (Miracle Mineral Supplement).

It’s a convenient 2 bottle product. One bottle is sodium chlorite & the 2nd bottle is citric & lactic acids, when 3 pumps of each bottle are combined it produces the active ingredient of CLO2 (200ppm).

You swish this for 30 seconds, then gargle it for another 15 seconds. Then spit it out. Other products are available or you can make your own.

This is the only substantial change that was in effect during the 6 months between the last two exams to my oral hygiene regime where the greatest improvement was noted.

Other prior changes included:

  • having two root canal teeth pulled and replaced with implants in November of 2021. (one should opt for implants & not have root canals done in the first place.)

  • The other was the taking of ¼ teas. Of “BAJA GOLD SALT” in the morning, which was begun in December of 2021.

  • I brush three times a day, but only eat two meals a day (intermittent fasting), lunch & dinner

  • •use a WaterPik three times a day.

My homemade tooth powder is a combination of ½ baking soda, ½ sea salt & xylitol.

I have also adopted two of Dr. Lewis recommendations.

  • •The first is the adding of Povidone Iodine to my WaterPik water reservoir at least once a week.(it could be used 2 or 3 times a week).

  • •Second, every night I put my Sonicare electric toothbrush in a saturated sea salt solution overnight. This is to sanitize the toothbrush. You can also brush with this first thing in the morning.
